If you are not completely delighted with your purchase, we are happy to facilitate a return or exchange to ensure your collection is perfect.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your account or visit our returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare Your Package

  Place the jewelry in its original designer packaging and secure it inside a padded mailer to ensure the items are protected during transit.

• 3.
  Attach the Label

  Print your prepaid shipping label provided by our support team and affix it clearly to the outside of your package, removing any old shipping marks.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects the returned items, we will process your refund or ship your exchange within 5-7 business days.
